Pega Sales Manager

Role Description:

Drive the selling activities of Process360 and to accelerate pipeline development & deal velocity.

Responsibilities:

  • Be engaged in the full sales cycle within a defined geography including:
    • Process360’s value proposition and positioning our brand
    • Lead generation and prospecting
    • Follow up, discovery, and deep qualification
    • Resource alignment
    • Deal progression to closed bookings
    • Implementation & delivery governance
  • Drive efforts to implement best practices and technologies which optimize productivity
  • Measure and deliver on KPIs
  • Driving peak performance and sales success across the organisation.
  • Creating, negotiating and closing commercial agreements.

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Highly motivated resource with excellent communications and presentation skills.
  • A charismatic and dynamic personality coupled with the passion to succeed within a fast-moving, metrics driven environment
  • Experienced with both inside/outside sales and sales management with demonstrated success
  • An energetic self-starter with a strong business acumen
  • Highly driven and results oriented
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Impeccable organizational, leadership, and presentation skills
  • B2B software sales experience with exposure to Pega technology
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Territory management and sales planning experience
  • 2+ years as a successful inside sales professional
  • 2+ years as a successful outside sales professional or sales manager
  • Business development experience
  • Experience of Challenger Sales model
