PRESALES MANAGER – SALESFORCE CRM

Role Description:

Drive and manage presales activities for our Salesforce practice. Develop the presales competencies and manage presales team. Engage with prospective customers to understand requirements, respond to RFQs/RFPs, proposal preparation and presentation, solution demos and SOW preparations. 

Responsibilities:

  • Drive and own the complete presales engagement and activities for Salesforce Practice
  • Develop and enhance the presales processes and proposal templates
  • Define, develop and optimize the project effort estimation processes and techniques
  • Engage with prospective customers to showcase practice capabilities and strengths
  • Review and respond to RFQs/RFPs and provide support on RFP requests
  • Prepare and submit solution proposals
  • Present Solution proposals and solution demos
  • Engage with Sales team in customer discussions and negotiations on proposals
  • Prepare the scope statements / SoW documents
  • Manage smooth transition and handover of new projects to Delivery organization
  • Conduct solution demos and presentations at customer and industry events
  • Build and enhance functional and technical knowledge on Salesforce Products and solutions
  • Drive and manage the Presales team and presales resources
  • Develop and maintain the required competencies and skills for Salesforce presales activities

Prerequisites:

  • Excellent communications and presentation skills.
  • Experience of presenting to senior leaders and C-level execs
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce products and solutions – at a minimum Sales, Service, Field Service, Einstein Analytics, Communities
  • Minimum 3 years of experience of managing Salesforce Presales activities and customer engagements in Enterprise customer segments / large deals
  • Project delivery experience of atleast 2 years and with minimum 2 end-to-end project implementations from project scoping to delivery
  • Total Experience of 10-15 years with atleast 5 years of Salesforce experience
  • Must have Salesforce Certification(s)
  • Sound understanding of SDLC, Agile/DevOps methodologies and Salesforce DX
  • Leading and managing team of presales resources
  • Aware of the latest developments and releases of solutions
  • Team Player. Works collaboratively with sales, presales and delivery teams

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Experience of Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ or any industry Clouds e.g. Financial Services, Health, Government Cloud, CG/Retail desirable
  • Experience of working / integrating with other Salesforce products e.g. Einstein Analytics, Heroku, Tableau, Mulesoft
  • Experience of working and engaging with customers in Europe, Middle East and India regions
  • Highly aware of the industry trends and latest development on CRM solutions
